It's a wonderful day when your four year old can help with the laundry!I really dislike laundry day, not so much the gathering, sorting and washing..... but the folding and putting away makes me crazy! So today I told Annalise that it was time for her to be a big girl and have some chores around the house......and since it was laundry day.....
Anyway, I was so impressed. She sorted and "folded" all of her and Ava's clothes (which was a lot!) and then she took her basket of clothes to her room and put ALL her clothes away in the CORRECT drawers!!! HALLELUJAH! It took her about an hour, but she happily stuck with it and it saved me lots of time. So, needless to say, I will make this a regular thing! :-) Some may think I need to look up child labor laws, but I just call it good parenting! :-)

Yeah, if that is child labor, I'm going to be in the clink for sure. So, I guess it is GOOD PARENTING.
