This sweet baby girl is my 6 month old niece, Bree Cook (Justin and Kari's daughter). We just found out - very unexpectedly - that she has a rare form of cancer called Neuroblastoma. We originally thought (last night) that it was Wilm's Tumor, which is much easier to treat, with higher survival rates. As they just found out last night, we are still learning about her condition. Please pray for the healing of this sweet little girl. She is the most lovable litte thing and is always happy. Her parents are obviously devastated and will need prayers of comfort and strength. I'll give updates when I have them.

Without fail these types of posts make me cry. Yours was no exception. We have added Bree and family to our prayers. It seems like our list of people to pray for just keeps gettin longer these days.
We will! I just got the email from Mindy and Brandon, and I guess that's even outdated now. I hope everything turns out! That's so hard! It really makes you appreciate your healthy kids more and stop worrying about other stuff.
Alisa,
Bree is in our prayers. I've been following their family periodically, just because they have the same 2 boys one girl thing, and our kids are about the same age. Kari and I were pregnant with our first boys together, and we had our first girls at the same time. Please tell Justin and Kari that we are praying for them, and that our hearts hurt with theirs.
We will add them to our list of people to pray for. I am very sorry her parents have to go through this. I wish that parents didn't have to worry about their children, it's such a hard thing.
Oh I am so sorry, we too will add them to our prayers.
Man, I'm so sorry your family has to go through this. They'll definately be in our prayers. She is such a cute little baby girl. I hope her treatment will go well.
Tell your family all the Freeman's are praying for your sweet Bree. We love you!
We're praying for that most adorable little Bree. What a devastating diagnosis. I hope the chemo goes well. Poor baby!
I was so sorry to read about htis. Your sister is friends with one of my friends.
No family should have to endure this.
I wish your family strength during such a trying time!
I'm a little slow reading this, but I will most definitely be praying for Justin and his family.
